Que su numero de teléfono el día del servicio coincida con él de su reserva.
Que este activo y conectado al wifi del aeropuerto en caso de no tener Sim
Avisar al servicio al cliente si su chofer pasados 10/15 minutos no ha llegado
Pagar el saldo del servicio o bien en efectivo o tarjeta finalizado el trayecto.
Especificar el numero de maletas en su formulario de reserva y qué coincida con el número de maletas de su llegada o salida .
Sus pertencias personales .
Avisar cualquier cambio o novedad de su reserva por escrito en los canales de comunicación establecidos
Estar a tiempo según la hora Acordada en su reserva
Prevenir a Leo Jasso Tours cualquier irregularidad dentro del servicio ya sea una falla mecánica para poder solucionar inmediatamente cualquier imprevisto siniestro
